Privacy policy

Who we are
This website is operated by [Infragrip legal entity name and registered address] (“Infragrip”, “we”, “us”). If you have questions about this policy or how we handle your data, contact us at [privacy contact email].
What data we collect
When you use the contact form on this site, we collect the information you submit: your name, work email address, company name (optional), and your message.
Cookies and analytics
This site uses Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use our pages so we can improve them. It is the only non-essential technology we use, and it is switched off by default.
Analytics cookies are only set if you choose “Accept” in our cookie banner. If you choose “Reject”, no analytics cookies are set and Google Analytics is not loaded at all. We do not use advertising, marketing, or profiling cookies.
When analytics is enabled, Google Analytics collects the pages you visit, how long you spend on them, the site or search engine that referred you, your device and browser type, and an approximate location derived from your IP address. Google Analytics does not store your full IP address, and we do not use this data to identify individual visitors.
Google Ireland Limited acts as our processor for this and may transfer data outside the EEA under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses. Analytics data is retained for a maximum of 14 months.
We rely on your consent for analytics (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)), and on the Norwegian Electronic Communications Act for storing information on your device. You can change or withdraw your consent at any time using the “Cookie settings” link in the footer of any page.
Why we process it
We use this information solely to respond to your inquiry and to evaluate whether Infragrip is a fit for your needs.
Legal basis
We process this data based on our legitimate interest in responding to inquiries directed to us, and, where relevant, to take steps at your request prior to entering into a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) and (f)). Where we use analytics cookies, we rely on your consent instead (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)); see “Cookies and analytics”.
Who has access to it
Your submission is delivered to Infragrip’s team through our website platform, Framer. Framer processes this data on our behalf as a data processor under its own GDPR Data Processing Addendum, and does not use it for its own purposes. If you have accepted analytics cookies, Google also processes limited usage data on our behalf, as described under “Cookies and analytics”. We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing purposes.
How long we keep it
We retain your contact form submission for [retention period], after which it is deleted unless we’re required to keep it longer by law.
Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your data, to restrict or object to our processing of it, and to receive a copy of it in a portable format. You can exercise any of these rights by contacting us at [privacy contact email]. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Norwegian Data Protection Authority (Datatilsynet), datatilsynet.no.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
